About Us

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (Subsidiary Company of Global IME Bank Limited) is the public company registered as per Company Act 2063 in 2069/11/24. After getting approval from Nepal Rastra Bank in 2070/02/01 , it has started banking business as per Banking and Financial Institution Act 2073 ( Earlier BAFIA 2063) in 10 districts (Lamjung, Manang, Mustang, Dolpa, Ramechhap, Sindupalchowk, Dhading, Nuwakot, Rasuwa and Gorkha) as a class “D” licensed financial Institution with effect from 2070/02/05. From the 10 districts it has expanded its financial services to 15 districts and then to 45 districts and accredited as a National Level Microfinance in 2075/10/17 from Nepal Rastra Bank. Recently, Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has acquired Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited located its central office at Pokhara-26,Bijayapur,kaski and started its joint transcation from Baisakh 8.
